水电解制氢中电极与隔膜的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 综述了水电解制氢催化剂的研究进展,并对其催化水裂解的机理和过程进行分析,提出采用气固法合成C或N插隙的固氮酶型簇合物的可行性,并指出C或N插隙的固氮酶型簇合物在水裂解中的研究思路。分析了碱性水溶液电解制氢隔膜的研究进展以及聚苯硫醚多孔膜的研究历程和发展方向,阐述了隔膜在提高电解效率和气体纯度、降低能耗等方面的关键作用,以及发明兼具高孔隙率、高氢氧根透过、高气体阻隔和高温持久服役性能的制氢隔膜的重要性。 This paper reviews the research progress of catalysts for hydrogen production by water electrolysis and analyzes the mechanism and process of catalytic water splitting,proposes the feasibility of using gas solid method to synthesize nitrogenase type clusters with C and N gaps,and points out research ideas of C or N intercalated nitrogenase type clusters in water splitting.At the same time,the progress of membranes for hydrogen production by alkaline aqueous solution electrolysis is reviewed,and the research history and development direction of polyphenylene sulfide porous membranes are discussed.The key role of membranes in improving electrolytic efficiency,increasing gas purity,reducing energy consumption,and the importance of hydrogen production membranes with high porosity,high hydroxyl permeability,high gas barrier and high temperature resistanceare expounded.
