摘要
综述了高黏聚合物扩散脱挥的传质理论及模型,介绍了近年来的高黏聚合物动态脱挥设备,并提出了高黏聚合物脱挥理论研究及设备工程化的发展方向;基于实验数据和影响脱挥结果的各类因素,建立普适化的聚合物脱挥模型;在提升设备的流体力学性能、增大气液两相的接触面积、加快表面更新速率的同时,需考虑工艺流程、设备结构和操作条件对过程能耗、产品性能的影响。
The theories and models of mass transfer involved in diffusion devolatilization of high-viscosity polymer are reviewed;the dynamic devolatilization apparatus in recent years are introduced;the development directions of theoretical research and equipment engineering of high-viscosity polymer devolatilization are presented.Based on the experimental data and various factors affecting devolatilization results,the universal devolatilization models of polymer will be established;the influence of process flow,apparatus structure and operating conditions on process energy consumption and product performance should be considered while improving the hydrodynamic performance of apparatus,increasing the contact area of gas-liquid phase,and accelerating the surface renewal rate.
