摘要
齿轮泵内部流场的数值模拟可以为齿轮泵内部结构设计提供重要的参考数据,是现代齿轮泵设计和优化的一项重要辅助手段。在对外啮合齿轮泵内部流场采用纳维-斯托克斯方程进行理论分析的基础上,应用Fluent软件对外啮合齿轮泵的内部流场进行基于动网格技术的动态模拟,通过流场和流速分布全面分析外啮合齿轮泵在啮合位置、间隙、压差等发生变化时的性能,为外啮合齿轮泵的优化设计提供参考。
The numerical simulation of the internal flow field of a gear pump can provide important reference data for the internal structure design of a gear pump,and is an important auxiliary means for the design and optimization of modern gear pump.On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the internal flow field of the external gear pump using the Navier-Stokes equation,the dynamic simulation of the internal flow field of the external gear pump based on dynamic grid technology was carried out by using Fluent software,and the performance of the external gear pump when the meshing position,clearance,pressure difference,etc.change was comprehensively analyzed through the flow field and flow velocity distribution,so as to provide a reference for the optimal design of the external gear pump.
