摘要
光伏板清扫机器人可以用于清扫倾角较小的光伏板阵列,行走机构是光伏板清扫机器人的重要传动部件。对行走同步带、同步带传动机构、辅助支撑轮机构、支撑架进行设计,并通过ANSYS Workbench软件对行走机构的关键部件支撑架进行模态分析,得到固有频率和振型,为避开共振区和结构优化提供理论依据。由模态振型可知,支撑架主要变形产生于主动轮支架及从动轮支架的边缘处。在主动轮支架及从动轮支架的外侧增加紧定螺钉与轴端挡圈,可以减小振动变形。
The photovoltaic panel cleaning robot can be used to clean the photovoltaic panel array with a small inclination angle,and the walking mechanism is an important transmission part of the photovoltaic panel cleaning robot.The traveling timing belt,synchronous belt drive mechanism,auxiliary support wheel mechanism and support frame were designed,and the modal analysis of the key component of the traveling mechanism-support frame was carried out through ANSYS Workbench software,and the natural frequency and mode shape were obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for avoiding the resonance zone and structural optimization.It can be seen from the modal mode shape that the main deformation of the support frame occurs at the edge of the active wheel bracket and the driven wheel bracket.Adding set screw and shaft end retaining ring to the outside of the active wheel bracket and driven wheel bracket can reduce vibration deformation.
