热压工艺对粒子型压电复合材料界面和力学性能的影响

摘要 研究热压时间、热压温度、热压压力等热压工艺参数对粒子型压电复合材料界面和力学性能的影响。通过热压工艺制备出不同工艺参数的试样,通过扫描电镜对复合材料微观形貌进行表征和分析,并通过拉伸试验对复合材料力学性能进行表征和分析。试验结果表明,热压时间、热压温度、热压压力等参数对粒子型压电复合材料的界面有显著影响。在最佳热压工艺参数条件下,压电粒子与高分子基体的界面结合程度显著提高。研究结果为优化复合材料的制备工艺及提高复合材料的性能提供了参考和思路。 The influence of hot pressing process parameters such as hot pressing time,hot pressing temperature and hot pressing pressure on the interface and mechanical property of particle-type piezoelectric composite was studied.Samples with different process parameters were prepared by hot pressing process,the micromorphology of the composite was characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,and the mechanical property of the composite were characterized and analyzed by tensile test.The test results show that the hot pressing time,hot pressing temperature,hot pressing pressure and other parameters have a significant impact on the interface of particle-type piezoelectric composite.Under the optimal hot pressing process parameter,the degree of interfacial bonding between piezoelectric particle and the polymer matrix was significantly improved.The research results provide the reference and idea for optimizing the preparation process of composite and improving the performance of composite.
