钻井泵十字头组件自动化研磨装置

摘要 针对钻井泵十字头组件人工研磨过程中劳动强度大、效率低、质量不稳定等问题,基于十字头组件的结构特点和技术要求,研制了一种十字头组件自动化研磨装置。这一研磨装置主要由底座、定位夹紧机构、顶出机构、移动机构、浮动接头总成、控制系统、液压系统等组成,可用于多种型号十字头组件的自动化研磨。介绍了这一研磨装置的操作步骤和现场应用情况。应用结果表明,钻井泵十字头组件自动化研磨装置可以有效保证十字头组件的研磨质量,大幅减轻劳动强度,显著提高研磨效率。 In view of the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and unstable quality in the manual grinding process of drilling pump crosshead assembly,based on the structural characteristic and technical requirement of crosshead assembly,an automatic grinding device of crosshead assembly was developed.This grinding device is mainly composed of base,positioning clamping mechanism,ejection mechanism,moving mechanism,floating joint assembly,control system,hydraulic system,etc.,which can be used for automatic grinding of various types of crosshead assemblies.The operating steps and field application of this grinding device were described.The application results show that the automatic grinding device of drilling pump crosshead assembly can effectively ensure the grinding quality of crosshead assembly,greatly reduce the labor intensity and significantly improve the grinding efficiency.
