摘要
泵轴是水泵的重要组成部分,主要作用是支撑和带动叶轮旋转。泵轴在工作过程中,难免会受到多种力的影响,力的作用可能导致泵轴变形,甚至断裂。针对泵轴断裂事故,进行泵轴材质分析、结构设计校核、断口形貌分析、三维静力学分析,并对泵轴断裂区域进行有限元分析,确认泵轴在台阶处存在应力集中现象,断面安全因数过低。针对存在的问题,提出优化方案,避免泵轴断裂事故,进而提高水泵的可靠性和稳定性。
The pump shaft is an important part of the water pump,and its main function is to support and drive the impeller to rotate.During the working process of the pump shaft,it is inevitable that it will be affected by a variety of forces,and the action of the force may cause the pump shaft to deform or even break.In view of the pump shaft fracture accident,the pump shaft material analysis,structural design verification,fracture morphology analysis,three-dimensional static analysis,and the finite element analysis of the pump shaft fracture area were carried out to confirm that the pump shaft has stress concentration phenomenon at the step and the cross-section safety factor is too low.In view of the existing problem,an optimization scheme was proposed to avoid the failure of the pump shaft,so as to improve the reliability and stability of the pump.
