摘要
针对某制动鼓出现的开裂问题,进行制动工况和行驶工况的受力分析,并且应用ANSYS Workbench软件进行有限元分析,确认由于干涉产生装配应力,导致制动鼓开裂。通过分析,明确了制动鼓开裂的原因,由此提出改进措施,增大前轮毂与制动鼓配合面的倒角。
In view of the cracking problem of a brake drum,the force analysis of the braking condition and driving condition was carried out,and the finite element analysis was performed by using ANSYS Workbench software to confirm that the assembly stress caused by interference causes the brake drum to crack.By analyzing,the cause of brake drum cracking was clarified,the improvement measure to increase the chamfer angle between the front hub and the mating surface of the brake drum was proposed.
