大型高效联合收获机大都采用纵轴流脱粒系统。为了提高我国联合收获机的工作效率和工作质量,推动我国纵轴流联合收获机的发展进程,系统概述了单纵轴流脱粒系统的工作流程及总体布置形式,针对单纵轴流脱粒系统的喂入问题现状及形成原因进行了分析总结,对国内外单纵轴流脱粒系统的喂入技术应用现状进行了归纳梳理,为我国研发高性能、高效率的单纵轴流式联合收获机提供了参考。

The paper systematically summarized the working principle and general arrangement of single longitudinal axial flow threshing system,analyzed and summarized the present situation and causes of feeding problems in single longitudinal axial flow threshing system.The typical structure of single longitudinal axial flow threshing system is briefly introduced.The results provide a reference for the development and design of high performance and high efficiency single longitudinal axial flow combine.
