互联网使用对劳动力工作稳定性的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Internet Use on the Job Stability of Labor Force

工作稳定性关系到劳动力的个体发展、家庭和谐、社会安定。基于2017年中国综合社会调查数据(CGSS),通过Logistic回归分析互联网使用与劳动力工作稳定性的关系,研究发现:(1)互联网使用对劳动力工作稳定性的影响显著为正;(2)二者关系在新生代劳动力和老一代劳动力中存在显著的代际差异,互联网使用对老一代劳动力的工作稳定性影响显著为正;(3)二者关系在个人年收入水平上存在显著异质性,在中等收入水平上互联网使用对劳动力工作稳定性的影响更强;(4)与亲戚的互动频率在二者之间起中介作用;(5)采用是否使用手机网络作稳健性检验,运用倾向得分匹配法(PSM)消除内生性后,研究结论依然成立。据此,应培养劳动力的电子素养,提高劳动力的教育资本,创造良好的就业环境。

Job stability is related to labor's individual development,family harmony,and social stability.Based on the data of China General Social Survey(CGSS) in 2017,the relationship between Internet use and labor force job stability was analyzed by logistic regression.The results show that:(1)The influence of Internet use on the job stability of the labor force is significantly positive;(2)There is a significant intergenerational difference between the new generation of labor and the old generation of labor.Internet use has a significant positive impact on the job stability of the old generation of labor;(3)There is significant heterogeneity in the annual income level,and the influence of Internet use on the job stability of the labor force is stronger in the middle income level;(4)The interaction frequency with relatives is the mechanism of the two;(5)Using mobile phone network as a robustness test and using propensity score matching(PSM)to eliminate endogeneity,the research conclusion remained valid.Therefore,we should cultivate the electronic literacy of the labor force,improve the educational capital of the labor force,and create a good employment environment.
