数字经济与农业产业化耦合协调研究

Research on the Coupling and Coordination of Digital Economy and Agricultural Industrialization

在以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的过程中,数字经济不仅是新的经济增长点,更是改造提升传统产业的支点,数字经济有利于农业产业化的发展。基于河南省2012—2021年数据,采用熵值法测算数字经济与农业产业化综合指数,构建数字经济与农业产业化融合发展系统的耦合协调度模型,分析数字经济与农业产业化耦合协调的内在机理。研究结果表明:一是数字经济能促进农业产业化大幅度提升;二是数字经济与农业产业化耦合发展的三个阶段之间呈现出相互递进的关系,整体发展水平经历了“稳步上升—快速发展—平稳发展”的变化过程,同时两系统之间同一时间的发展状况存在滞后或领先的情况。因此,应加快农村数字经济基础设施建设和数字技术创新,加强技术人才团队的建设和信息公开的信用体系建设,进一步优化数字经济促进农业产业化发展的路径。

In the process of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinesestyle modernization,the digital economy is not only a new economic growth point,but also the fulcrum of transforming and upgrading traditional industries,and the digital economy is conducive to the development of agricultural industrialization.By analyzing the internal mechanism of the coupling and coordination between digital economy and agricultural industrialization,based on the data of Henan Province from 2012 to 2021,the entropy method is used to measure the comprehensive index of digital economy and agricultural industrialization,and the digital economy and agricultural industrialization are integrated into the unified system,and the coupling and coordination degree model of the integrated development system of digital economy and agricultural industrialization is built.The results show that:First,digital economy can promote agricultural industrialization greatly;Second,there is a progressive relationship between the three stages of the coupled development of digital economy and agricultural industrialization,and the overall development level has experienced three change processes of "steady rise-rapid development-stable development",while the development situation between the two systems at the same time lags behind or leads the situation.Therefore,the construction of rural digital economy infrastructure and digital technology innovation should be accelerated,and the construction of technical talent teams and the construction of credit systems for information disclosure should be strengthened.In addition,it is necessary to further optimize the path of digital economy to promote the development of agricultural industrialization.
