乡村民俗文化和旅游业融合发展对于促进产业优化升级、传承优秀传统文化、改善民生进而推动乡村全面振兴具有重要价值。河南省作为民俗文化资源大省和旅游大省,在推进民俗文旅融合发展方面具有自身优势、独特禀赋和一定的产业基础,但在总体上呈现出“大而不强”的特点,主要存在思想观念滞后、创新创造活力不强、市场主体不强、高品质供给不足、高新技术利用不足以及体制机制不优等问题。应着力树立乡村民俗文化与旅游产业融合发展新理念,加强对乡村民俗文旅融合发展的组织领导和统筹规划,构建高素质复合型乡村民俗文旅人才队伍,完善乡村民俗文旅现代市场体系,以现代科技赋能乡村民俗文旅业态创新,不断提升河南省乡村民俗文化和旅游业融合发展的质量和水平。

The integration of rural folk culture and tourism has significant value in promoting industrial optimization,inheriting excellent traditional culture,improving people's livelihoods,and promoting rural revitalization.With rich folk cultural and tourist resources,Henan Province has its own advantages,unique endowment,and industrial foundation in promoting the integration of folk culture and tourism.However,Henan Province is "large but not strong" in this field due to backward ideological concepts,weak creativity,small market entities,insufficient highquality supply and utilization of high-tech,and inadequate institutional mechanisms.Efforts should be made to establish a new concept of the integrated development of rural folk culture and tourism industry,strengthen the organization,leadership and overall planning of the integrated development of rural folk culture and tourism,build a team of high-quality and compound rural folk culture and tourism talents,improve the modern market system of rural folk culture and tourism,and innovate rural folk culture and tourism formats with modern science and technology to continuously improve the quality and level of the integrated development of rural folk culture and tourism in Henan Province.
