组织修复是一个复杂有序的动态过程,免疫细胞在其各个阶段均发挥重要作用。而中性粒细胞作为人体内数量最多、最快进入损伤区的免疫细胞,最新研究发现其不仅在固有免疫中发挥重要作用,且在疾病的发生发展、器官的稳态维持、组织的修复再生中的也发挥着关键作用。此文重点讨论中性粒细胞在组织损伤初期被募集与激活、促进局部血管网络形成,参与组织修复以及其归宿影响组织修复结局等方面的研究进展,揭示中性粒细胞在组织修复初期所发挥的关键作用,以期引起广大科研工作者的重视。

Tissue repair is a complex dynamic process in proper order which is highly dependent on the orchestration of immune cells.Neutrophils,as the most abundant leukocytes in the body,are the first arriving immune cells to the injury site.In addition to the well-known antimicrobial functions in the innate immunity,neutrophils also play an indispensable role in tissue repair.The emerging roles at the early stage of tissue injury,how neutrophils recruite and activate after tissue injury,how neutrophils promote the formation of vascular network,how they participate in the tissue/organ repair and how the fate of neutrophils affect the outcome of tissue repair are introduced in this paper.By emphasizing the key role of neutrophils in initiating tissue repair,more attention of scientific researchers may be paid on the related study.
