摘要
针对前装直接式TPMS应用中轮胎传感器与胎压接收器匹配存在时间地点受限、便利性差、成本高等问题,提出一种可实现自主配置的新型TPMS设计方案.该方案一方面将轮胎传感器低频触发驱动电路集成到RKE钥匙中,实现各轮胎传感器ID的便利自主配置;另一方面优化射频链路并采用双模无线收发器MAX7032分时接收轮胎传感器和遥控钥匙发出的信号,解码输出的胎压数据通过CAN总线传送到汽车组合仪表进行显示,解码输出的按键控制指令通过CAN总线传送到车身控制器完成车门车窗的驱动控制.测试结果表明,双模无线收发器在曼彻斯特编码速率为2 kbps、频移50 kHz时,FSK接收灵敏度约为-107 dBm,达到了设计要求.
Aiming at the problems of limited time and place,poor convenience and high cost in the matching of tire sensors and receivers in direct TPMS,a composite TPMS design scheme that can realize autonomous configuration is presented.This solution integrates the low-frequency trigger circuit of the tire sensor into the remote key,which realizes the convenient and autonomous configuration of the tire sensor ID;the dual-mode tire pressure transceiver is used to receive the signals from the tire sensor and the remote key in a time-sharing manner.The decoded data is sent to the combination meter and the body controller respectively through the CAN bus.The test results show that the FSK receiving sensitivity of the dual-mode tire pressure transceiver is about-107dBm when the Manchester encoding rate is 2Kbps and the frequency deviation is 50KHz,which meets the design requirements.
