“双核联动+多维交融”人才培养模式探索与实践--以兰州文理学院大数据专业为例

摘要 针对传统数据科学与大数据技术专业培养模式结构单一、课程体系缺乏特色等问题,本文在现有教学基础上深度分析该专业人才培养的趋势和特点,提出了一种“双核联动+多维交融”的应用型人才培养模式.该模式从多个维度出发阐述了大数据教育的本质和内涵,重构当前大数据教育的培养体系,最终形成了以优化教学内容、改进教学方法、规范教学过程和完善教学评价为目标的新模式.该模式以学生为中心,强调合作,注重能力本位,为高等学校应用型人才培养提供指导和参考. In view of the traditional data science and big data technology major training model with a single structure and a lack of characteristics of the curriculum system,this paper deeply analyzes the trend and characteristics of the professional talent training on the basis of existing teaching,and puts forward a“dual-core linkage and multi-dimensional integration”applied talent training model.This model expounds the essence and connotation of big data education from multiple dimensions,reconstructs the current training system of big data education,and finally forms a new model with the goal of optimizing teaching content,improving teaching methods,standardizing teaching process and improving teaching evaluation,which is student-centered,emphasizes cooperation and pays attention to competency-based education,and provides guidance and reference for the training of applied talents in colleges and universities.
