绿色金融、信贷资源配置效率与城市高质量发展 被引量:3

摘要 以绿色金融为核心的新一轮金融政策深入推进,为我国城市高质量发展带来全新契机。基于2012—2021年我国276个地级及以上城市面板数据,使用空间滞后模型与中介效应模型,分析探讨绿色金融、信贷资源配置效率与城市高质量发展之间的关系。研究发现:绿色金融不仅显著促进城市高质量发展,而且对邻近城市高质量发展产生积极空间溢出效应;绿色金融对城市高质量发展存在区域异质性,表现为对东中部地区、中小型城市及普通地级市高质量发展影响更显著;绿色金融可通过提升信贷资源配置效率促进城市高质量发展。未来,应创新绿色金融产品与服务体系、优化信贷资源配置结构、制定差异化绿色金融发展政策,因地制宜提升城市发展质量。 A new round of financial policies centered on green finance has been further promoted,bringing brand new opportunities for the high-quality development of China’s cities.Based on the panel data of 276 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2012 to 2021,using the spatial lag model and mediation effect model,this paper analyzes and explores the relationship between green finance,credit resource allocation efficiency and high-quality urban development.The results show that green finance not only significantly promotes high-quality development of cities,but also has positive spatial spillover effects on the high-quality development of neighboring cities;green finance has regional heterogeneity on the high-quality development of cities,which is manifested in a more significant impact on the high-quality development of eastern and central regions,small and medium-sized cities and ordinary prefecture-level cities;green finance can promote the high-quality development of cities by enhancing the efficiency of credit resource allocation.In the future,it should innovate green financial products and service systems,optimize the structure of credit resource allocation,formulate differentiated green financial development policies,and improve the quality of urban development according to local conditions.
