从生态环境角度浅析造纸行业高质量发展方向——以广西为例

Analysis of the High-quality Development Direction of the Paper Industry from the Perspective of Ecological Environment,Taking Guangxi as an Example

本课题简要分析了广西造纸行业基本情况及其存在问题,从污染物排放、碳排放、清洁生产水平等方面探讨了广西造纸行业发展对生态环境造成的影响,从资源、能耗、水环境安全等方面分析了制约广西造纸行业发展的因素,并针对性提出广西造纸行业高质量发展的生态环境管理对策和建议。

In this paper,the basic situation and existing problems of Guangxi’s paper industry were briefly analyzed.The potential effects of Guangxi’s paper industry development on the ecological environment from aspects were discussed such as pollutant emissions,carbon emissions,and cleaner production,the restrictive factors for the development of Guangxi’s paper industry from the perspectives of resources,energy consumption,and water environment security were analyzed.Moreover,the countermeasures and suggestions of ecological environment management for the high-quality development of Guangxi paper industry were suggested.
