液相沉淀法制备四氧化三钴技术改进研究

摘要 针对锂电池正极材料钴酸锂前驱体—四氧化三钴生产实践中遇到的问题,开发设计了液相合成制备纯相四氧化三钴生产技术,以氯化钴溶液为钴源,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,乙二胺四乙酸为络合剂,空气为氧化剂,控制合成条件,直接液相合成纯相氧化钴,再经低温烘干制得四氧化三钴粉末。该工艺流程精简、生产周期短(≤18 h)、生产中无氨氮废水排放、能耗低,且产品活性高。产品为高球形度球形颗粒,振实密度为(2.9±0.3)g/cm^(3)、比表面积为(1.8±0.8)m^(2)/g。 In response to the problems encountered in the production practice of cobalt tetraoxide,a precursor of lithium cobalt oxide as a cathode material for lithium batteries,a production technology for preparing pure cobalt tetraoxide by liquid phase synthesis was developed and designed.Using cobalt chloride solution as a cobalt source,sodium hydroxide as a precipitator,ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid as a complexing agent,and air as an oxidant,the synthesis conditions were controlled,and pure cobalt tetraoxide was directly synthesized in liquid phase,followed by low-temperature drying to obtain cobalt tetraoxide powder.This process is characterized by simplified process flow,short production cycle(≤18 h),no ammonia nitrogen wastewater discharge during production,low energy consumption,and high product activity.The product is a spherical particle with high sphericity,a compacted density of(2.9±0.3)g/cm^(3),and a specific surface area of(1.8±0.8)m^(2)/g.
