钐钴体流体处理设备在水冷器防垢处理中的应用

通过在气体分馏装置丙烯塔顶冷凝器管程循环水侧增设钐钴体流体处理设备防垢改造,结果表明:装置改造后,循环水通过钐钴体设备预处理后,管内结垢腐蚀情况有了较大改善,防结垢效果明显,换热器出口的丙烯产品出口温度降低3℃,可满足装置在夏季高温时正常生产要求,提高装置产量10%左右,此外,实施改造后还可以停用丙烯塔顶循环水上水增压泵,每年节约电耗约259200 kWh.

By adding SM-CO fluid treatment equipment to the circulating water side of the condenser on the top of the propylene tower of the gas separation unit,the results show that after the revamping of the unit,the scaling corrosion in the pipe is greatly improved after the circulating water is pretreated by SmCo equipment,and the scaling prevention effect is obvious,so that the outlet temperature of the cooled propylene material is reduced by 3℃,which can meet the normal production of the unit at high temperature in summer In addition,the booster pump for circulating water on the top of propylene tower can be stopped,annual savings of 259200 kWh electricity.
