摘要
在模块甲板片预制中,节点是实现组合梁、立柱与拉筋连接的重要构件,控制好节点的尺寸公差是控制甲板尺寸的关键。其预制作业难点在于变形控制和精度控制,本文通过对车间模块节点预制过程中遇到的翼缘板、腹板尺寸、圆管压头卷制、纵缝焊接以及节点在焊接过程中变形问题进行分析。
In the prefabrication of modular deck pieces,joints are important components to realize the connection between composite beams,columns and tension bars.Controlling the dimensional tolerance of joints is the key to control the size of deck.The difficulty of prefabrication lies in deformation control and precision control.This paper analyzes flange plate,web size,coil of round pipe indenter,longitudinal seam welding and deformation of joints in the process of module joint prefabrication in the workshop.
