化学氧化法处理含硫化氢废水的研究

摘要 主要介绍了利用化学氧化法处理含硫化氢的废水,通过将废水中硫化氢转化成硫单质的方式解决了合成中硫化氢难处理的问题,研究了不同氧化剂(NaClO、H_(2)O_(2)),在不同pH值、温度、添加量、反应时间条件下对LSB-Ca树脂废水中H_(2)S含量的去除率的影响,进一步的,在最佳处理条件的基础上,引入了微波辐射、紫外照射等条件,进一步优化氧化法处理废水中H_(2)S浓度的条件。最终得到:在相同条件下,次氯酸钠处理效果较之H_(2)O_(2)更好,次氯酸钠(10%)的加入量为体系总量的10%,pH值为5.0,体系温度为40℃,氧化时间为30 min,在该条件下H_(2)S去除率可到90.5,在此基础上,加入微波条件(700 W),去除率可以达到96.5%,微波(700 W)+紫外(265 nm)条件下,H_(2)S去除率最终可到98.6%。由此,大大降低的工业生产中硫化氢的污染,有效提高了工业生产中的环保指标。 This paper mainly introduces the treatment of wastewater containing hydrogen sulfide by chemical oxidation method,and solves the problem of difficult treatment of hydrogen sulfide in synthesis by transforming hydrogen sulfide into sulfur elemental.The effects of different oxidants NaClO and H_(2)O_(2) on the removal rate of H_(2)S content in wastewater containing LSB-Ca resin are investigated under the conditions of different pH,temperature,addition amount and reaction time.Further,on the basis of the optimum processing conditions,the paper introduces Microwave radiation,ultraviolet irradiation and other conditions to further optimize the oxidation treatment of H_(2)S concentration in wastewater.The final result is:Under the same conditions,the treatment effect of sodium hypochlorite is better than that of H_(2)O_(2).The addition amount of sodium hypochlorite(10%)is 10%of the total amount of the system,the pH is 5.0,the temperature of the system is 40℃,and the oxidation time is 30 min.Under these conditions,the removal rate of H_(2)S can reach 90.5.The removal rate can reach 96.5%,and the H_(2)S removal rate can reach 98.6%under microwave and ultraviolet conditions.Thus,the pollution of hydrogen sulfide in industrial production is greatly reduced,and the environmental protection index in industrial production is effectively improved.
