组合废气治理工艺在有机化工行业工程实例

摘要 当今在“绿水青山就是金山银山”的重要科学论断指导下,我国各行各业面临不断升级转型朝着高科技企业、低能耗、无污染的绿色目标快速发展。但目前化工行业的废气治理问题仍然较为突出。本课题结合当地某化工企业实际运行情况,介绍了一套洗涤吸收塔+活性炭吸附再生+焚烧组合废气处理工艺。通过与企业前几次环保设备的运行效果及运行费用对比,该组合工艺在确保废气排放符合国家和当地环保要求的情况下,达到了运行费用最低的理想效果。 Today,under the guidance of the important scientific theme that"lucid waters and lush mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains",all walks of life in China are facing continuous upgrading and transformation,and are rapidly developing towards the green goals of high-tech enterprises,low energy consumption,and pollution-free.However,the problem of waste gas treatment in the chemical industry is still relatively serious.Based on the actual operation of a local chemical company,we herein introduce a combined process of washing absorption tower+activated carbon adsorption regeneration+incineration.Compared with the operation effect and operation cost of the company's previous environmental protection equipment,this combined process has achieved the ideal effect of the lowest operating cost while ensuring that the exhaust gas emission meets the national and local environmental protection requirements.
