自来水厂消毒工艺改造分析

Analysis of Disinfection Process Reformation in Waterworks

针对某水厂将消毒工艺由二氧化氯消毒改为次氯酸钠消毒,对比分析两种消毒工艺在工艺设计、安全管理、消毒效果、药耗成本等方面的表现,结果表明:消毒工艺改造后,出厂水消毒达标;改造后厂区消毒工艺段危险源因素由4项减少为2项、运输与储存管理方式更为简便,职业病危害因素减少3项,安全管理得到显著改善;消毒效果较改造前有所提升,消毒剂利用率高,对水中微生物的去除效果比消毒前要好;次氯酸钠消毒具有良好的经济效益,改造后厂区吨水药耗成本下降0.0039元/m^(3)。

In a water plant,the disinfection process was changed from chlorine dioxide disinfection to sodium hypochlorite disinfection,and the performance of the two disinfection processes in the aspects of process design,safety management,disinfection effect and drug consumption cost was compared and analyzed.The results showed that:after the disinfection process modification,the disinfection of ex-factory water reached the standard;After the transformation,the hazard factors in the disinfection process section of the plant were reduced from 4 to 2,the transportation and storage management was more convenient,the occupational disease hazard factors were reduced by 3,and the safety management was significantly improved.The disinfection effect was improved compared with that before the transformation.The utilization rate of disinfectant was higher,and the removal effect of microorganism in water was better than that before disinfection.Sodium hypochlorite disinfection has good management benefits.After the transformation,the drug consumption cost per ton of water in the plant is reduced by 0.0039 yuan/m^(3).
