摘要
采用水热法制备不同反应条件下GdF_(3)∶Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)上转换发光粉。通过XRD、SEM和上转换发射光谱对样品进行了表征。XRD研究结果表明:不同掺杂比例的稀土离子在同等条件下对GdF_(3)晶相发育、晶粒尺寸有较大影响。SEM研究结果说明:同等反应条件下改变掺杂离子比例对晶体粒径尺寸有一定影响。上转换发射光谱结果表明:稀土离子掺杂比例不同,红光与绿光强度比相反,发光强度受到较大影响。
GdF_(3)∶Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)upconversion phosphors were prepared by hydrothermal method under different reaction conditions.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and up-conversion emission spectra.The XRD results show that the rare earth ions with different doping ratios have great influence on the crystal phase development and grain size of GdF_(3)under the same conditions.SEM results show that under the same reaction conditions,changing the proportion of doped ions has a certain effect on the crystal size.The upconversion emission spectra show that the doping ratios of rare earth ions is different,the ratio of red light intensity to green light intensity is opposite,and the luminescence intensity is greatly affected.
