摘要
目的是研究灭生性除草剂草铵膦原药的提纯工艺路线。针对草铵膦原药目前大量的文献主要集中在原药合成工艺的研究方面,而对原药合成后的提纯的研究明显不足,通过实验数据和文献资料,对草铵膦原药的提纯工艺进行综述,重点研究在市场低端副产草铵膦母药中利用“高丙氨酸还原法”通过简单的还原、萃取、结晶等工艺提取附加值较高的原药产品,大幅提升原药得率,同时保证原药含量能稳定控制在98%以上,为绿色农药发展提供新的优化方案和技术支持。
The main purpose of this paper is to study the purification process of the active pharmaceutical ingredient of glyphosate,a systemic herbicide.Current literature on glyphosate mainly focuses on the synthesis process of the active pharmaceutical ingredient,and there is a clear lack of research on purification after synthesis.This paper reviews the purification process of glyphosate active pharmaceutical ingredient based on experimental data and literature,with a focus on the"high proline reduction method".This method uses simple reduction,extraction,and crystallization processes to extract high-added-value active pharmaceutical ingredient from the low-end by-product of glyphosate mother liquor in the market,significantly improving the yield of active pharmaceutical ingredient,and ensuring that the content of active pharmaceutical ingredient can be stably controlled at 98%or more.This provides a new optimization plan and technical support for the development of green pesticides.
