Biginelli Reaction Using 2-Thenoyltriflouroacetone

采用Biginelli反应,在氨基磺酸催化下,无水乙醇为溶剂,以2-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮、芳香醛和脲作原料,合成了一系列5-(2-噻吩甲酰)-6-羟基-6-三氟甲基-3,4,5,6-四氢嘧啶-2-酮衍生物,产率可达82%~98%。

A series of 5-(2-thienylcarbonyl)-6-trifluoromethyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidin-2(1H)-one derivatives was synthesized by Biginelli condensation reaction with 2-thenoyltriflouroacetone,aromatic aldehydes and urea as raw materials,in the place of sulfamicacid as catalyst and ethanol as solvent,the yield can gain 82%~98%.
