摘要
以聚乙二醇(PEO)为基底,10,12-二十五烷二炔羧酸(PCDA)为辐射敏感材料,利用静电纺丝法制备了一种纳米纤维剂量计,对不同PCDA浓度下纤维的形貌进行了分析,并探究了剂量计的剂量响应特性、剂量率依赖性以及辐照后稳定性等一系列剂量学特性。结果表明,剂量计在辐照后会由白色变为蓝色,且蓝色的深浅随着剂量的增加而增加。对于不同PCDA含量的剂量计,染料浓度越高,纤维剂量计的线性范围越宽,灵敏度越高。剂量率对剂量计响应的影响较大,对于不同的剂量率需要分别建立校准曲线。辐照后剂量计响应随着时间有一定的增长,为确保数据的准确性,选择辐照后24 h进行测量。该电纺纤维剂量计可用于γ射线的二维直观定量分析。
Using polyethylene glycol(PEO)as the substrate and 10,12-pentacosanediynecarboxylic acid(PCDA)as the radiation-sensitive material,a nanofiber dosimeter was prepared by electrospinning,and the morphology of fibers at different PCDA concentrations was analyzed,and a series of dosimetric characteristics such as dose response characteristics,dose rate dependence and stability after irradiation were explored.The results showed that the dosimeter changed from white to blue after irradiation,and the shade of blue increased with increasing dose.For dosimeters with different PCDA content,the higher the dye concentration,the wider the linear range of the fiber dosimeter and the higher the sensitivity.The dose rate has a great influence on the dosimeter response,and calibration curves need to be established separately for different dose rates.The dosimeter response after irradiation increased with time,and to ensure the accuracy of the data,24 h after irradiation was selected for measurement.This electrospun fiber dosimeter can be used for two-dimensional visual quantitative analysis ofγrays.
