摘要
醇选择性氧化至相应的羰基化合物是有机化学中最基础、最重要的转化之一,在医药化工、精细化工和全合成领域中均占有十分重要的地位。传统的氧化方法通常使用金属氧化剂,存在较大的弊端。有机高价碘试剂是一类环境友好型的氧化剂,具有区域选择性高、官能团容忍度高、底物适用范围广等特点,可高效实现醇的氧化。通过对有机高价碘试剂参与的醇氧化反应进行详细的介绍,并对各类氧化剂的优缺点进行总结,为今后该领域的研究发展提供重要的理论依据。
Selective oxidation of alcohols to corresponding carbonyl compounds is one of the most fundamental and important transformations in organic chemistry,which plays an important role in pharmaceutical chemical industry,fine chemical industry and total synthesis.Traditional oxidation methods usually use metal oxidizer,which have great disadvantages.Hypervalent iodine reagent is a kind of environmentally friendly oxidant,which has the characteristics of high regioselectivity,high tolerance of functional groups and wide scope of substrates,and can efficiently realize the oxidation of alcohols.The oxidation of alcohols involving hypervalent iodine reagents is introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of various oxidants are expounded,which will provide important theoretical basis for the research and development of this field in the future.
