摘要
化学修饰的条件激活寡笼状核苷酸为研究动态生物过程提供了精准的时空控制,例如,调节体内基因表达、探测特定的寡核苷酸靶点,在体内外实现对寡核苷酸结构和活性的可调和可预测的控制对其在合成生物学和生物技术应用中至关重要。本文综述了条件激活寡核苷酸的功能笼状策略的最新进展以及不同的解笼状激活条件下的研究。
Conditionally activated oligonuccurotides with chemical modifications provide precise spatiotemporal control for the study of dynamic biological processes,such as regulating gene expression in vivo,probing specific oligonucleotide targets,and achieving tunable and predictable control of oligonucleotide structure and activity in vitro and in vitro are critical for their applications in synthetic biology and biotechnology.This article reviews recent advances in functional cage strategies for conditional activation of oligonucleotides,as well as studies under different uncage activation conditions.
