摘要
针对次氯酸钠有效氯衰减而导致消毒效果减弱的问题,采用多因素实验法和控制变量法研究次氯酸钠有效氯在浓度、时间及光照等不同条件下的变化情况。结果表明,影响次氯酸钠有效氯降低的主要因素是温度,随着温度的升高,有效氯衰减速度变快,在16~18℃范围内最稳定,有效氯衰减速度最慢;质量分数为5%的次氯酸钠溶液最稳定,在一个月时间内其有效氯基本不受温度的影响变化;次氯酸钠的存储在自然光线条件下即可,无需刻意遮蔽。根据研究结果与实际成本考虑,将次氯酸钠原液(≥10%,质量分数)浓度稀释到5%(质量分数),将环境温度设置为20~22℃,自然光下,在此条件下次氯酸钠及其有效氯可以稳定保存更长时间。
In response to the problem of weakened disinfection effect caused by the decay of effective chlorine in sodium hypochlorite,the multi factor experimental method and controlled variable method were used to study the changes of effective chlorine in sodium hypochlorite under different conditions such as concentration,time,and light.The results show that the main factor affecting the decrease of effective chlorine in sodium hypochlorite is temperature.As the temperature increases,the decay rate of effective chlorine becomes faster,and it is the most stable within the range of 16~18℃,with the slowest decay rate of effective chlorine.The sodium hypochlorite solution with a mass fraction of 5%is the most stable,and its effective chlorine is basically not affected by temperature changes within a month.Sodium hypochlorite can be stored under natural light conditions without the need for deliberate masking.Based on the research results and actual cost considerations,dilute the concentration of sodium hypochlorite raw solution(≥10%,mass fraction)to 5%(mass fraction),set the environmental temperature to 20~22℃,and under natural light,under this condition,sodium hypochlorite and its effective chlorine can be stably stored for a longer time.
