摘要
对纳米钛白粉进行表面改性处理得到改性纳米钛白粉,研究了UV-9紫外光吸收剂+GW-540光稳定剂、纳米二氧化钛、表面改性纳米二氧化钛不同抗紫外线物质对丙烯酸烘干漆的性能影响。结果表明,加入表面改性纳米二氧化钛时,丙烯酸烘干漆涂料涂膜变色、失光最小,抗紫外线性能最强,其铅笔硬度为2、附着力1级,有效提高了涂层的硬度和附着力,黏度提高至142 mPa·s,降低了涂层的流动性,提高了涂层的随角异色效果和涂膜金属感,实验确定改性纳米二氧化钛最佳加入量为1.5%。
Surface modification of nano titanium dioxide was carried out to obtain modified nano titanium dioxide.The effects of UV-9 ultraviolet light absorber+GW-540 light stabilizer,nano titanium dioxide,and surface modified nano titanium dioxide on the performance of acrylic drying paint were studied.The results showed that when surface modified nano titanium dioxide was added,the acrylic drying paint film had the smallest discoloration and loss of light,and had the strongest UV resistance.Its pencil hardness was 2,and its adhesion was level 1,effectively improving the hardness and adhesion of the coating.The viscosity was increased to 142 mPa·s,reducing the fluidity of the coating,improving the angular discoloration effect of the coating and the metallic feeling of the coating.The experiment determined that the optimal amount of modified nano titanium dioxide added was 1.5%.
