摘要
以六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,采用不同的包膜剂对金红石型钛白粉进行表面包覆处理,采用罗丹明b为检测剂,对耐候性进行研究。试验结果表明:采用铈氧化物作为包膜剂对金红石型钛白粉进行表面包覆处理能有效降低其光催化活性,提高耐候性;最佳包覆工艺为:“滴加速度3 drop/s+转速600 r/min”;铈氧化物最佳包覆量为1%。
Using sodium hexametaphosphate as a dispersant,different coating agents were used to coat the surface of rutile titanium dioxide,and Rhodamine B was used as a detection agent to study its weather resistance.The experimental results show that using cerium oxide as a coating agent to coat the surface of rutile titanium dioxide can effectively reduce its photocatalytic activity and improve its weather resistance.The optimal coating process is:"drop acceleration of 3 drops/s+rotational speed of 600 r/min".The optimal coating amount of cerium oxide is 1%.
