摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱测定异菌脲·腐霉利悬浮剂中有效成分含量的分析方法。方法:采用C18反相高效色谱柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈-磷酸(体积分数0.04%)为流动相,对试样中的异菌脲和腐霉利进行分离,外标法定量分析。结果:异菌脲和腐霉利线性相关系数分别为0.9990和0.9997,标准偏差分别为0.09和0.18,变异系数分别为0.93%和0.79%,平均回收率分别为99.53%和99.63%。结论:该方法简单、快速、有效地分离了样品中的异菌脲和腐霉利,精密度和准确度高、线性关系好。
Objective:This paper described a method to separate and carry out quantitative analysis of iprodione·procymidone SC By HPLC.Methods:Iprodione·procymidone was separated from the sample through C18 reversed phase column using a mixture of acetonitrile-phosphoric acid(0.04%)as mobile phase,and detected by UV detector at 220 nm.In addition,the results were quantified by external standard method.Results:The linear correlation coefficients of iprodione·procymidone were 0.9990 and 0.9997,the standard deviations were 0.09 and 0.18,the coefficients of variation were 0.93%and 0.79%,and the average recoveries were 99.53%and 99.63%respectively.Conclusions:This method was convenient,effective,had high precision and accuracy and good linearity.
