亚甲蓝分光光度法测定阴离子表面活性剂的影响因素探讨

Discussion on the Influencing Factors of the Determination of Anionic Surfactant by Methylene Blue Spectrophotometry

通过实验对亚甲蓝分光光度法GB 7494—1987测定水中阴离子表面活性剂中一次萃取和三次萃取的萃取效率及测定结果进行比较,以及影响萃取的因素进行分析。结果表明,除较低浓度外,一次萃取和三次萃取的测定结果均无较大差异,三次萃取的效率比一次萃取的效率高;脱脂棉和试剂三氯甲烷的品质对萃取效率有较大影响。

Through experiments,the extraction efficiency and determination results of the determination of anionic surfactant in water by methylene blue spectrophotometry GB7494-87 were compared,and the factors affecting the extraction were analyzed.The results showed that except for the lower concentration,there was no significant difference between the determination results of one extraction and three extraction,and the efficiency of three extraction was higher than that of one extraction.The quality of absorbent cotton and reagent trichloromethane has great influence on the extraction efficiency.
