利用生物基树脂和天然橡胶实现98%生物基再生皮

摘要 本实验再生皮采用生物基树脂取代石油资源,以纯生物基的天然多官能酸(柠檬酸)、羟基溶剂醇(IPA)和环氧大豆油(ESO)为原料,通过引发自由基聚合反应,形成三维网状交联的不饱和生物基聚酯树脂。再结合天然橡胶硫化反应,形成的再生皮具备耐曲折50万次,防水和98%生物基等特性。可应用于各种背衬材料/背衬层以产生具有优异撕裂强度、柔韧性、尺寸稳定性和制造完整性的皮革状材料。为生物基高分子材料的发展提供可靠的实验及理论基础。 In this experiment,100%natural multifunctional acid(citric acid),hydroxyl solvent alcohol(IPA)and epoxidized soybean oil(ESO)were adopted as raw materials to replace petroleum resources,and three-dimensional network cross-linked unsaturated bio-based polyester resin was formed by initiating free radical polymerization.Combined with the natural rubber vulcanization reaction,the regenerated leather product has characteristics such as resistance to 500000 twists and turns,waterproofing,and 98%bio based properties.It can be applied to various backing materials/backing layers to produce leather like materials with excellent tear strength,flexibility,dimensional stability and manufacturing integrity.It provides a reliable experimental and theoretical basis for the development of bio-based polymer materials.
