三产品干扰床分选试验研究

摘要 为进一步提升三产品干扰床对难选粗煤泥的分选效果,在对三产品干扰床分选系统具体结构和待分选原煤性质分析的基础上,采用控制变量方法分别对内筒流量和外筒流量分别对三产品干扰床溢流口、一段底流口、二段底流口产品产率和灰分的影响展开研究,为后续实际生产中分选工艺参数的优化及产品结构的改进奠定基础。 In order to further improve the sorting effect of the three product interference bed on difficult to select coarse coal slime,based on the analysis of the specific structure of the three product interference bed sorting system and the properties of the raw coal to be sorted,the control variable method was used to study the effects of the inner cylinder flow rate and outer cylinder flow rate on the product yield and ash content of the three product interference bed overflow port,the first section bottom flow port,and the second section bottom flow port,respectively,to lay the foundation for the optimization of sorting process parameters and the improvement of product structure in subsequent actual production.
