摘要
通过对萃取技术的发展现状进行分析,提出一种新型萃取工艺固相微萃取技术。较传统萃取工艺相比,固相微萃取工艺操作器械简单易于携带,可实现现场试验分析,萃取周期短、劳动量小,同时萃取精度也更高,在环境监测中有着广阔的应用前景。
By analyzing the current development status of extraction technology,a new extraction process solid-phase microextraction technology is proposed.Compared with traditional extraction processes,solid-phase microextraction technology has simple and portable operating equipment,can achieve on-site experimental analysis,short extraction cycle,low labor,and higher extraction accuracy.It has broad application prospects in environmental monitoring.
