焦炉荒煤气上升管余热回收技术的应用研究

Application Research on Waste Heat Recovery Technology of Coke Oven Raw Gas Riser

焦炉生成焦炭的同时产生大量的荒煤气,带走相当可观的热量,而当前焦化行业采用的荒煤气余热回收装置主要有两种形式,分别为“盘管式”和“夹套式”。基于此,对山西焦化厂采用的“盘管式”上升管余热回收项目的工艺组成、特点、运行效果、经济效益进行分析。

The coke oven generates a large amount of raw gas while generating coke,which takes away considerable heat.Currently,there are two main forms of waste heat recovery devices for raw gas used in the coking industry,namely the"coil type"and the"jacket type".Based on this,the process composition,characteristics,operational effectiveness,and economic benefits of the"coil type"riser waste heat recovery project adopted by Shanxi Coking Plant are analyzed.
