煤矿回采工艺数值模拟研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 为进一步提升煤矿的生产效率,提高煤矿效益,以12401工作面为例在对其顶底板条件分析的基础上,对比不同采煤方法的优劣势并确定采用水平分段滑移支架放顶采煤法;基于FLAC3D软件构建仿真模型,对不同采高、放煤高度参数对应煤层应力、应变集中区域以及回采率等指标对比并优选处最佳回采工艺参数;最终,通过实践生产验证上述回采工艺参数的开采效果。 In order to further improve the production efficiency of the coal mine and improve the efficiency of the coal mine,the horizontal subsection sliding support caving mining method is adopted based on the analysis of the roof and floor conditions of the 12401 working face.Build a simulation model based on FLAC3D software,compare the stress and strain concentration areas of coal seams corresponding to different mining height and coal drawing height parameters,as well as the recovery rate,and select the optimal mining process parameters.Finally,the mining effect of the above mining process parameters was verified through practical production.
