突出煤层立体式瓦斯治理模式分析

摘要 突出煤层开采时消除煤层突出危险性、降低瓦斯涌出量是煤炭回采时需要重点解决的问题。以21703综采工作面瓦斯治理为背景,针对突出煤层瓦斯含量高、瓦斯治理难度大问题,提出将立体瓦斯治理技术应用到瓦斯治理中,通过综合采用底抽巷穿层钻孔、顺层钻孔、高位钻孔以及采空区埋管等瓦斯抽采技术措施,实现了煤层瓦斯高效治理。现场应用后,21703综采工作面开采范围内煤层突出危险性得以消除,瓦斯涌出量较小,采面快速回采期间回风流及回风隅角瓦斯浓度均在允许范围内,取得较为显著的瓦斯治理效果。 Eliminating the risk of coal seam outburst and reducing gas emission during coal mining are key issues that need to be addressed during coal mining.Taking the gas control of 21703 fully mechanized mining face as the background,in response to the high gas content and difficulty in gas control in outburst coal seams,three-dimensional gas control technology is proposed to be applied to gas control.By comprehensively adopting gas extraction technology measures such as bottom drainage tunnel through layer drilling,bedding drilling,high-level drilling,and goaf buried pipes,efficient gas control in coal seams is achieved.After on-site application,the risk of coal seam outburst within the mining range of 21703 fully mechanized mining face was eliminated,and the gas emission was relatively small.During the rapid mining period of the mining face,the gas concentration in the return air flow and return air corner was within the allowable range,achieving significant gas control effects.
