海岛地区电视节目入驻IPTV的接入方式分析

Analysis of IPTV Access Methods for TV Programs in Island Areas

广播电视是党的“喉舌”,是联系政府和人民的桥梁和纽带。海岛地区由于受特殊的地理条件约束,部分岛屿通过有线电视机顶盒收看当地电视节目受到限制,而将电视节目接入IPTV后,可通过移动、联通、电信的网络将党的大政方针和当地政府的工作部署送入海岛地区千家万户家中。文章就山东长岛广播电视台将电视节目接入IPTV的技术环节和操作规程进行简要阐述,以供相关人员参考。

Radio and television are the"mouthpiece"of the Party,as well as the bridge and link between the government and the people.Due to the special geographical constraints in the island area,some islands are restricted from watching local TV programs through cable TV set-top boxes.After connecting TV programs to IPTV,the Party's general policies and local government work departments can be sent to thousands of households in the island area through the networks of China Mobile,China Unicom,and telecommunications.This article briefly describes the technical links and operating procedures for Shandong Changdao Radio and Television Station to connect TV programs to IPTV for reference by relevant personnel.
