摘要
文章采用Kano模型,挖掘老年用户在使用智能手机医疗应用软件时在“产品功能、UI界面”方面的核心需求,并提出UI适老化设计方案,从而为老年用户设计出“可操控性与实用性”并存的适老化UI界面,为数字化社会适老化进程提供有意义的理论参考,助力缩短老年用户与数字信息的灰色数字鸿沟,实现“科技适老、科技护老”的目标。
The article adopts the Kano model to explore the core needs of elderly users in terms of"product functions and UI interface"when using smartphone medical applications,and proposes a UI aging-friendly design solution,so as to design an aging-friendly UI interface that allows elderly users to perceive both"maneuverability and practicality"."This will provide a meaningful theoretical reference for the ageing process of digital society,help to shorten the grey digital gap between elderly users and digital information,and achieve the goal of"technology for the elderly and technology for the elderly".
