摘要
为解决火力发电厂基建期设计质量低、施工进度慢、设计变更频繁等问题,文章提出了一种基于三维数字化技术的火力发电厂基建期设计、施工和运营一体化全生命周期应用方案。其内容包括采用BIM技术构建三维数字电厂模型,提出基于三维数字化模型的工程量统计方法,解决工程量统计难、审核效率低的问题;采用基于BIM技术的三维可视化管理方法,提高基建管理水平;基于BIM模型建立进度计划系统,并对施工项目进行有效管理。结果表明,该方案为火力发电厂基建期设计提供了一种新的解决思路,提高了基建项目设计质量,缩短了工程建设周期,提高了设计效率和质量。
In order to solve the problems of low design quality,slow construction progress and frequent design changes in the capital construction period of fossil-fuel power station,this paper proposes a full life cycle application of integration of design,construction and operation in the capital construction period of fossil-fuel power station based on 3D digital technology.This includes using BIM technology to construct a three-dimensional digital power plant model and proposing a method for engineering quantity statistics based on the three-dimensional digital model,which solves the problems of difficult engineering quantity statistics and low audit efficiency;Adopting a 3D visualization management method based on BIM technology has improved the level of infrastructure management;A schedule planning system has been established based on the BIM model and effective management of construction projects has been carried out.The results show that this method provides a new solution for the design of fossil-fuel power station during the capital construction period,improves the design quality of capital construction projects,shortens the construction period,and improves the design efficiency and quality.
