摘要
档案电子化管理具有快捷方便、经济环保、全球共享等优势和特点,然而,由于新时期档案管理的特殊性要求,电子档案的整理与保护工作变得尤为重要。本文对电子档案在整理与保护中出现的问题进行了阐述,针对具体问题,提出了相关的解决方案及意见,供相关人士参考借鉴。
Archives electronization management has the advantages and characteristics of fast and convenient,economic and environmental protection,and global sharing.However,due to the special requirements of archives management in the new era,the sorting and protection of electronic archives have become particularly important.This paper elaborates on the problems in the sorting and protection of electronic archives,and puts forward relevant solutions and opinions for the specific problems,for reference of relevant people.
