Construction Technology and Management of River Regulation Projects in Mountainous Areas

山区河道对山区居民工作、生活以及当地沿线经济发展有着重要作用。河道经过长时间运行后,会存在不少问题,如产生臭水、河床堵塞、河道生态环境变化、山区内涝等问题,所以需要及时进行整治,否则会对山区正常运行及经济发展产生不利的影响。本文阐述在河道整治过程中,必须结合河道的具体情况,以相关规范为依据,制定有针对性的施工技术及管理措施,并做好各项管理工作,促进河道恢复使用功能,发挥其应用作用。

Mountain rivers play an important role in the work and life of mountain residents and the economic development along the river.After long-term operation of the river,there will be many problems,such as the generation of smelly water,river bed blockage,changes in the ecological environment of the river,waterlogging in the mountainous area and other problems,so it is necessary to carry out timely rectification,otherwise it will have an adverse impact on the normal operation and economic development in the mountainous area.This paper explains that in the process of river regulation,it is necessary to combine the specific conditions of the river and take the relevant specifications as the basis to formulate targeted construction technology and management measures,and perform well in various management work to promote the restoration of the river function and play its application role.
