Analysis of Situation,Problems,and Countermeasures in Safe Production Work in Building Construction Field of Dezhou City

为深入学习领会习近平总书记重要指示精神和党中央决策部署,准确把握新时代对安全生产工作的新要求、新责任、新目标,深度谋划下一步应对措施和发展思路,提高建筑施工安全管理水平,本文深入分析当前建筑施工安全生产存在的突出问题和原因,有针对地提出创新监管模式、压实企业主任责任、严格规范建筑市场秩序、全面推动双体系建设落地、重点抓好重大危险源管控、加强安全生产培训等措施。

To deeply learn and understand the important instruction spirit of General SecretaryXi Jin-ping and the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee,accurately understand the new requirement,new responsibility and new goal for safe production work in new era,deeply plan the subsequent measures and development idea,improve the safety management level of building construction,this paper analyzes the obvious problems and causes in safety production of building construction,proposes the targeted measures such as innovating supervision mode,compacting the main responsibility of enterprises,strictly standardizing the order of the construction market,comprehensively promoting the implementation of the dual system construction,focusing on the control of major hazards,and strengthening safe production training.
