摘要
为实现碳达峰、碳中和的环保目标,2023年根据住建部整体规划,全国各地陆续推进城中村改造工作。北方地区城中村改造必须配套进行清洁供暖方式和集中供热改造。但是,城中村居民房舍多数为非节能建筑,体形系数较大,外围护结构、门窗等保温性能较差,进行清洁供暖方式和集中供热改造后用户用能量很高。通过对包头市热力集团消纳的城中村燃煤散烧综合整治项目中典型户型节能改造前后耗热量的测算对比,得出对“城中村”建筑进行节能改造节能效果明显的结论,为今后的燃煤散烧综合治理工作实现低能耗提供理论依据。
The paper introduces the continuous undertaking of reconstruction for villages in cities over our country according to the whole planning of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2023 in order to realize the environment protection aims of the peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality,clarifies that the reconstruction of the villages in cities in the northern part of China are bound to undertake the reconstruction of clean heating means and concentrated heating which need higher power consumption due to the fact that the housing residences there are featured with non-energy-saving buildings,larger shape coefficient and poor thermal insulation in outer enclosure structure,windows and doors,and concludes the energy-saving effect in the villages after the reconstruction of the typical houses is obvious after comparing the heat consumption before and after the reconstruction in the comprehensive treatment project to consume scattering coal burning in the villages by Baotou Thermal Power(Group)Co.,Ltd.,so as to provide the theoretical reference for realizing the low power consumption in the comprehensive treatment of the scattering coal burning in the future.
