新时期福建省城市更新特征与空间治理重构

Characteristics of urban renewal development and reconstruction of spatial governance in new era of Fujian province

当前福建省已经进入城镇化中后期减速发展、高质量发展阶段,城市更新则将进入加速发展、常态化发展阶段。通过简要梳理福建省城市更新发展历程,总结了福建省城市更新在重视规划计划引领、重视生态文化保护、更新进程相对较快和多元实践探索阶段等方面现状特征,进一步明确了在强化“两化”引领、探索“两双”路径、重塑“两有”空间、坚守“三全”原则、协同“两式”推进等五个方面空间治理重构,形成新时期推动福建实现高质量发展超越的新动力。

At present,Fujian Province has entered the stage of slow development and high quality development in the middle and late stage of urbanization,while urban renewal will enter the stage of accelerated development and normal development.Through a brief review of the development history of urban renewal in Fujian Province,this paper summarizes the current characteristics of urban renewal in Fujian province in terms of attaching importance to the guidance of planning,paying attention to the protection of ecology and culture,the relatively fast process of renewal and the stage of multi-practice exploration.It further defines five coping strategies of spatial governance reconstruction in the new era,so as to form a new driving force for Fujian to achieve high-quality development.
