摘要
随着我国建筑工业化的发展,越来越多的装配式建筑拔地而起,相应地,装配式外挂防护三角架被大量应用在装配式建筑施工过程中。结合已应用工程,根据装配式预制外墙板施工中门窗洞口处超长外挂防护三角架应用技术,通过现场模拟试验,研究装配式超长外挂防护三角架的结构设计和受力,并通过计算软件分析装配式超长外挂防护三角架在施工工况下的受力与变形特性,设计出的装配式超长外挂防护三角架制作简单、防护性能好、周转率高,在装配式工程施工中应用前景广阔。
With the development of building industrialization in China,more and more prefabricated buildings have sprung up.Accordingly,prefabricated external protective frames have been widely used in the construction of prefabricated buildings.Combined with the applied projects,according to the application technology of the extra long external protective frame at the door and window openings in the construction of prefabricated exterior wall panels,the paper studies the structural design and stress of the assembled extra long external protective frame through on-site simulation tests,and analyzes the stress and deformation characteristics of the assembled extra long external protective frame under the construction conditions through the calculation software.The designed assembled extra long external protective frame has simple fabrication,good protection performance,and high turnover rate.It has broad application prospects in the construction of prefabricated projects.
