摘要 试验考察了氧化-尿素改性橡胶对透水混凝土基本性能的影响,分析了不同骨料粒径对透水混凝土抗压强度的影响,从试验结果可以看出,随着骨料粒径增加,28 d抗压强度先增加后减小,在10 mm~16 mm时达到最大。改性橡胶的掺入降低了透水混凝土的孔隙率和透水系数,橡胶颗粒越小影响越明显,80目橡胶降低显著加剧。在小掺量,粒径较大时,废弃橡胶的掺入,降低了透水混凝土的孔隙率,提高密实度,从而在一定程度上增加了透水混凝土的强度。但是随着掺量的增加,颗粒粒径的减小,透水混凝土的强度开始降低,并且掺量越大,粒径越小,降低程度越大。通过试验数据拟合出了改性橡胶透水混凝土抗折强度与抗压强度的关系式。 The influence of oxidation-urea modified rubber on the basic performance of permeable concrete is investigated.The influence of different aggregate particle size on the compressive strength of permeable concrete was investigated.It can be seen from the test results that with the increase of aggregate particle size,the compressive strength of 28 d increases first and then decreases,reaching the maximum at 10 mm~16 mm.The incorporation of modified rubber reduces the porosity and permeability coefficient of permeable concrete.The smaller the rubber particles,the more obvious the effect is,and the decrease of 80 mesh rubber is significantly aggravated.In the small amount,when the particle size is large,the incorporation of waste rubber reduces the porosity of permeable concrete and improves the compactness,so as to increase the strength of permeable concrete to a certain extent.However,with the increase of the mixing amount,the decrease of the particle size,the strength of the permeable concrete began to decrease,and the larger the mixing amount,the smaller the particle size,the greater the degree of reduction.The relationship between the folding strength and the compressive strength of the modified rubber permeable concrete is.
